Hot on the heels of the acquisition of Reflex Gaming, Dransfields have welcomed an outstanding independent operator to our stable.
We are pleased to announce our acquisition of Essex-based gaming and amusement machine supplier Chilvers Automatics Limited.
Earlier this year, Dransfields joined forces with the UK’s largest independent gaming machine manufacturer Reflex Gaming, after acquiring the entire issued share capital of Gameco Holdings Limited.
Now single site operator Chilvers Automatics has also joined the Dransfields family, and Chilvers’ Managing Director Mark Davie is settling into his specially created role as our Business Development Director.
Dransfields Managing Director Chris Haley said: “I have known Mark and Chilvers Automatics for approximately 15 years and I know that he is an excellent operator; I look forward to us working together to maximise growth for our customers.”
Already a leading UK supplier of club and pub fruit machines, pool tables and jukeboxes, we’re excited to continue to grow our business and expand our independent focus with this latest acquisition.
Chilvers acquisition will also expand Dransfields’ geographical coverage, with the merging of our Norwich depot into the Chilvers dept in Colchester, Essex.
“Mark is joining Dransfields at a very exciting time,” said Chris. “Following the acquisition of Reflex Gaming and the appointment of Claire Naylor as Client Services Director there is real momentum, with machine trials taking place with many of the larger retailers and Reflex GamePro leading the industry performance tables.”
