Our service teams are based strategically around the UK to ensure we can deliver the best level of service promptly to all our customers. Our experienced teams of local service engineers are on call 7 days a week, 364 days a year (closed Christmas Day). The priority we place on service clearly marks us out from our competitors and minimises costly machine downtime.

As soon as we receive a service call, it is tracked using TechCall, Dransfields bespoke, state-of-the-art system for tracking and managing our service operation.

TechCall provides your local engineer with all the information needed to deliver a speedy service, wherever you are, whatever the issue. Any calls received up to 9pm are dealt with the same day and we deliver service every day of the year except Christmas Day.

Every Dransfields customer is allocated a local engineer who lives and works in the local community. This means that Dransfields engineers can build great customer relationships. Also, while your Dransfields local engineer is on site, all machines are checked to ensure that they are in full working order, providing optimum customer satisfaction and maximum earning potential.
