Cash collection service

Looking after your takings is very important to us, as well as to our customers, which is why we place great emphasis on delivering an excellent standard of collection service. All Dransfields collectors receive extensive in-house training and we use our state of the art collection system “SiteCall” to ensure that collections are carried out quickly and efficiently with the highest standards of customer care.

Your machines will be collected on a schedule agreed with a locally based collector, and you will be contacted in advance should any changes to this schedule be required.

We are happy to provide MGD reports or any other additional collection information required in addition to the collection receipt.

Our Account Managers can also guide you through all aspects of gaming machine licencing, and we can organise and assist with Machine Games Duty returns.
