What are the rental charges for the machine?

There are no rental charges as we simply supply the machines on free loan. All service and repairs are free of charge as well.

Do I need a Licence?

No. You don't need a licence for pull tab lottery machines.

Will the machine affect my fruit machine takings?

Lottery ticket players generally do not play gaming machines so your takings are unlikely to be affected.

Do I pay Machine Games Duty or VAT on profits from the pull tab lottery?

No. Pull tab machines are exempt from all taxes including MGD, so no tax or VAT to worry about!

How much money do I have to pay upfront?

None, as a Dransfields customer you will be set up with a 30 day payment account. By the time your first invoice falls due for payment, you will usually have generated enough income to cover the invoice.

How does the club make a profit?

You load the machine with tickets, collect the cash from the machine and pay out the prize money. The club's profit is the difference between the cash collected and the prizes paid out less the cost of the tickets.

What do I do if I have a problem with the machine?

If you have any problems with your machine, just call us on 0345 226 0002 to book a service call, we have local service engineers on call all year round.

How do I get more tickets?

Just give us a call on 0345 643 5505, place your order, and your tickets will be despatched to you within two working days – postage is FREE.

What additional benefits are there with a Lucky Dip Lottery machine?

We provide promotional material to increase your sales and you'll earn DransCash points for every box of pull tab tickets you buy. Points can be redeemed for gifts, raffle prizes and equipment for the club. They can also be redeemed against additional boxes of tickets.
